Interesting how the package labels went from being elegant pictures of a glass of juice and a dish of ice cream to a simple pitcher with a happy face drawn on its condensation to a commercial cartoon mascot (Bugs Bunny), back to the simple pitcher, and then wound up being a tacky, colorful picture of Kool Aid Man in Bermudas and sunglasses.

What does that say about how our culture has developed?

Interesting, it was obviously once used as an flavor additive for Ice Cream! I know that some kids groups (4-H, Camp Fire) use it as cheap clothing dye (no cotton clothes, only synthetics) for projects.

Man, I used to remember kids had it all the time in the Summer, and had frozen home-made pops from it too.

Maybe that's why we're all overweight and dying of cancer?

No, that's because people stopped drinking Kool-Aid and started drinking more of all those really weird-arse soft drinks multiplying and exploding onto the market like Darwin overdrive.
