And They Call This a "Safe Country"?

I guess the Japanese are taking lessons from the U.S. government.

Watch how you look at people when you stand in a taxi line at a train station in Tokyo. You might wind up being pre-emptively attacked.

I guess it just goes to show that people are out there willing to kill for any reason what-so-ever. Of course, people who are homeless believe that they have no real reason to live, and so life for them and everyone else is somewhat meaningless.

"No fixed address" doesn't necessarily mean "homeless". The man was waiting for a cab at Tokyo Station, so he wasn't exactly broke. Tokyo cabs are expensive.
