Cooking For Engineers

We haven't heard much from Ladybug recently, so I thought I would add the link in the title above. This is an interesting site that shows recipes graphically in a way that eliminates the need for the long verbal description underneath the ingredient list. It also shows in a very visual way how the ingredients combine to make a dish. Try it, you'll like it :)

This presentation looked pretty good: Recipe File: Meat Lasagna

I think what I really got a kick out of on that site was the rabid vegetarians that immediately went into a frothy-mouthed feeding frenzy in the comments section followed by an equally insane counterbarrage from the carnivore crowd.

Personally, I'm a "flexitarian"-I'll eat mostly everything, but not snails or watermelon. Got the word from Paul Newman's daughter, who runs his food line business. Some interviewer was asking if she was a strict vegetarian/organic only type of person, and that was her answer! Perfecto!
